Raising of Lazarus
John 11:1- 43
Jesus
said to her, "I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in
me will live, even though they die;
John 1:4 In Him is Life
In him was life,
and that life was the light of all mankind.
1John 1:1-3
1That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have
seen with our eyes, which we have looked at and our hands have touched—this we
proclaim concerning the Word of life. 2The life appeared; we have seen it and
testify to it, and we proclaim to you the eternal life, which was with the
Father and has appeared to us. 3We proclaim to you what we have seen and heard, so that you also may
have fellowship with us.
Romans 6:5
For if we have been
united with him in a death like his, we will certainly also be united with him in
a resurrection like his. (Col 2:12)
Seated in heavenly places
Eph 2:4-7
4But because of His great love for us,
God, who is rich in mercy, 5made us alive with Christ, even when we
were dead in our trespasses. It is by grace you have been saved! 6And God
raised us up with Christ and seated us with Him in the heavenly realms in
Christ Jesus, 7in order that in the coming
ages He might display the surpassing riches of His grace, demonstrated by His
kindness to us in Christ Jesus.
Colossians
3:1-4
1Since, then, you have been raised with
Christ, set your hearts on things above, where Christ is, seated at the right
hand of God. 2Set your minds on things above, not on
earthly things. 3For you died, and your life is now
hidden with Christ in God. 4When Christ, who is your life,
appears, then you also will appear with him in glory.
