Rom 12:1-3
1Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view
of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true
and proper worship. 2Do not
conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of
your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his
good, pleasing and perfect will.
3For by the grace given me I
say to every one of you: Do not think of yourself more highly than you ought,
but rather think of yourself with sober
judgment, in accordance with the faith God has distributed to each of you.

Tim 1:7
For the Spirit God gave us
does not make us timid, but gives us power, love and self-discipline. (Sound
Mind) (Acts 2:14-15)
John
14:27
Peace I leave with you; My
peace I give to you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your
hearts be troubled; do not be afraid. (Phil 4:6,7; 1 John 4:18)
Romans
8:15
For you did not receive a spirit of slavery that returns you to fear, but you received the Spirit of sonship, by whom we cry, "Abba! Father!"
For you did not receive a spirit of slavery that returns you to fear, but you received the Spirit of sonship, by whom we cry, "Abba! Father!"
2 Cor 10:5
We demolish arguments and
every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make
it obedient to Christ.

Eph 6:10-18 10 Put on
the Armour of God
Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. 11Put on the full armour of God, so that
you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. 12For our struggle is not against flesh
and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers
of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly
realms. 13Therefore put on
the full armour of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to
stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. 14Stand firm then, with the belt of truth
buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, 15and with your feet fitted with the
readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. 16In addition to all this, take up the
shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the
evil one. 17Take the helmet of salvation and the
sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.
18And pray in the
Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in
mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people.
